The TEAM2 Board

The Board of Directors elected for a period of 3 years, the members of its office which has been in existence since July 1, 2024

The designated Bureau is composed of the following four members:

  • The President: Frédéric HEYMANS, Managing Director of RECYTECH
  • The Vice-President: Olivier HUTIN, President of MAXEI Group
  • Treasurer: Bernard-Gilles Flipo, Director “Recycling & Industry” of Vitamine T
  • The Secretary: Nicole DUPONT, Scientific Advisor for Research and Innovation at the UNIVERSITY OF LILLE

 

 TEAM2 Board of Directors

The association is administered by a Board of Directors which is made up of four colleges to represent all of its members.

The renewal of the Board of Directors took place during the general meeting held on June 7, 2024 at the CCI of Lens.

 

The Board of Directors is composed as follows:

First college (SME/PMI):

  • Arnaud Villers D’Arbouet, founder and CEO of Mecaware
  • Frédéric Dutriez, Director of Lumiver
  • Olivier HUTIN, President of MAXEI Group
  • Stéphane Vauché, Chairman and CEO of Vauché
  • Naeem Adibi, Director of Weloop
  • Sami LALAHEM, Director of IXSANE
  • Olivier DWOVIAK, Director of health, safety and environment at Covanord

Second college (ETI and large groups):

  • Jean-Philippe CARPENTIER, Managing Director of NORD PALPLAST
  • Xavier CONSTANT, Group Manager Project at NYRSTAR
  • Bernard-Gilles Flipo, Director “Recycling & Industry” of Vitamine T

The TEAM2 Strategic Committee

 The Strategic Committee is composed of 12 members who are appointed by the Board of Directors for a period of two years. It is made up of various experts: scientific, economic, etc. from companies, laboratories, local authorities, federations and the academic world.

The Strategic Committee's mission is to propose the cluster's strategy to the Board of Directors:

  • Establish and update long-term strategic research roadmaps in conjunction with the Scientific Committee,
  • Identify the subjects on which to conduct a watch, the subjects of prospection (technological barriers to be lifted) in the strategic fields of activity,
  • Adjust the scope of the strategic areas of activity,
  • To provide input to the Board of Directors in order to define the cluster's strategy and orientations and to steer the implementation of this strategy with the Association's management and permanent structure.

 

TEAM2 Scientific Committee

The Scientific Committee is composed of experts in the cluster's fields of intervention and themes. They are chosen for their skills and/or their reputation or renown in the Association's fields of activity.

These members are appointed by the Board of Directors, on the proposal of the cluster's management, for a renewable period of 2 years.

 

The members of the Scientific Committee come from university research laboratories and companies; they are regional but also national.

 

This committee's mission is to evaluate the scientific and technological projects and judge their competitive nature with a view to their accreditation by the cluster. It is responsible for formulating opinions and recommendations to the Board of Directors. It is an advisory body to the Board of Directors for reflection and proposals. It examines the applications for certification by the cluster and gives the Board of Directors its opinion on the projects and their possible certification. They also propose research areas to the Strategic Committee and supervise the permanent evaluation of research programmes.

 

The cluster's team provides scientific leadership in conjunction with experts from the cluster's scientific college, the members of this scientific committee and the strategic committee in order to develop the cluster's research areas.

 

TEAM2's General Assembly

The General Assembly is made up of all the active members and partners of the association. Its decisions are taken by a majority of the votes cast by the active members present or represented.

Its fields of competence are the following:

  • Voting the budget for the year and approving the accounts,
  • To elect the Board of Directors,
  • To set the main orientations of the Association,
  • To set the amount of the membership fees,
  • To take note of the work of the Board of Directors and the Treasurer's accounts, and to approve them,
  • Appointing the Auditors.
